  • Full use of the outdoor event center with concrete floor and overhead shade structure.
  • Onsite parking- Event must provide parking management
  • Outdoor electricity
  • Bride and Groom preparation rooms including indoor restrooms
  • Port-a-Potties (ADA)
  • Trash disposal- Host provides receptacles. Event provides trash management/cleanup.
  • Photo ops throughout property
  • Full access to event props- Event must remove and replace props from barn warehouse. Host will remove and replace all buggies/wagons and secure them in a place of the Event’s choosing where they must remain stationary.
  • Ten white matching Banquet tables and 80 chairs (Seating at tables for 80). Also, 12 benches to seat an additional 42 people (no additional tables).
